July Workout Playlist & Life Updates

July has been such a busy month and now summer is almost over, what!? This summer I have been working like crazy and working out like crazy.

Twice a week I do 1 hour cardio, strength, or endurance workouts at Orange Theory Fitness (will definitely post a review soon) and on top of that once a week I will run or do some sort of at home workout. This has been my workout routine for the past 4 months and I have seen really great results.

When I first started this blog, in 2014, I was obsessed with gaining muscle and definition and when I stopped working out for awhile I lost all of that hard work I put it. It was actually really discouraging which is why it took me so long to get back to a consistent workout routine. Now I’m happy and healthy again (hooray!).

Enough about me, here are some blog updates. I haven’t been paying as much attention to FCTX recently because I honestly have been short on ideas. There are pages and pages of content, advice, tips, etc. and now I have no idea what else to share. So if anyone has any suggestions or health (mental or physical) related questions PLEASE share in the comments!

Okay now what you really came for this bangin’ workout playlist! There has been so much great new music this summer, Kendrick, 2Chainz, SZA! But I still am a 90’s baby of of course and get super nostalgic during the summer, so there is some Missy Elliot & N.E.R.D. on this playlist as well, which makes it even better. This is probably one of my favorite workout playlist I have had thus far, so I hope y’all enjoy it! If you use it during your workout let me know!
