Almost End of Semester Update

I’m currently sitting on my couch attempting to do homework that I should have started 2 days ago, so I thought I write a blog post to clear my head a bit. Though I live in Texas, I live/ go to university in the northern part of , which is completely different from the Southern part of , which is where I’m from. Even though I’m in my junior year of college now, I still am not and never will be used to this north Texas weather! It’s November, and it’s lightly snowing outside my apartment. Due to the weather, and my lack of personal time these days I haven’t been in able to workout 3-5 times a week like I usually like to. I’ve been really unmotivated, and tired simply. Which is a good and bad thing, because that means I’ve come to a point in my fitness and personal life that I’m quite comfortable with my body. But this is also a bad thing since the holiday’s are slowly approaching, and as much as I want to believe I won’t gain weight, and will will still workout regularly I probably won’t. Around November last year, is when I was my most overweight and I really dont want to feel that way again because I’ve worked so hard to get where I am now. Also these last 4 weeks of have of this semester make it really difficult for me to workout and stay motived. This week is regular class schedule, next week is Thanksgiving Break, and the 2 weeks after that its finals and packing weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how to stay healthy/fit during the holiday madness?
