Hey y’all! Sorry for the lack of post lately my life for the past month has been crazy busy. I just had mu 20 birthday, I’ve been road trippin all through Texas, and now I’m currently in California visiting some family. I have been so busy I have been to the gym in 2 weeks and haven’t had the time to get a workout in 4 days. I hate skipping days and rest days because I just extra antsy but once my travels are over I’ll be back to my regular workout and blogging schedule. So you guys, let me know what you wanna see on here. I’m alway doing research & reading about food and fitness so feel free to ask questions, I have no problem writing post about them.
