Lower Ab Attack

I’m personally really struggling with defining my lower abs. Through out my fitness journey I have focused on fat loss. Now I’m at the point where I’m trying to sculpt & define. My upper abs are defined but my bottom half not so much. I’m challenging myself and you to target the area that everyone hates targeting the most because it burnsss. Here are a few lower ab workouts, I’m gonna do them everyday. Feel free to try them too and let me know your results.
